And so this is Christmas

As one of the main transport hubs in north London with one of the top football teams in the country (if not the world) on its doorstep, Finsbury Park is always heaving. And as an inner-city area with a raft of minority groups from all over the globe, the area is vibrant, colourful and exciting with a 365/24 buzz.

Christmas Day of course is always special whether your faith is Christianity or not. It is the one day that transport comes to a halt, where in the main the shops are closed and where families enjoy a festive meal groaning at the weight of food inside them and at the lousy puns inside the crackers.

For me, Christmas is a time of reflection, particularly in our business. We work all year helping people find homes and flats to buy and rent. As a family-run firm we pride ourselves on the close relationships we have built up with thousands of people we have helped over the years.

So spare a thought to those less fortunate and let us be grateful for the things we have and are able to enjoy

Wishing everyone happy Christmas and wonderful New Year.
